Background
I was allways active in sports and working out but i really started to get serious when i was 17 and went to the gym every 2nd day...It really gave me a physical and mental boost in life and i have been hooked on that high and satisfaction ever since i started working out.i slacked off working out for a long time then until march this year..i began to take training seriously again and now im back on track with no intention of stopping
It Motivates me and builds confidence, makes me mentally fit, Healthy, energetic and makes me love life :) .I had a bad spell of Depression for years and years and now it has nearly gone alltogether since i started training and eating healthy in the last few months.. Training has saved my life and im living it to the full :)

Week 7 Lee Labrada Workout Log
Posted in Working Out : Dec 18, 2011 3:57pmThe last 2 weeks have been bad as i have slacked off the gym alot and am slipping into a bad eating pattern again. Week 6 started off okay but then id skip a day or 2 and it gradually got worse then. I have been very busy in college with christmas exams on since the 1st of december and the stress etc put me off going to the gym..I have been out of the gym for over a week now and am feeling very bad and unmotivated. my diet is literally gone out the window aswell and im eating unhealthy..i have been away from home working the last week so thats not helping either..

Week 5 Lee Labrada Workout Log
Posted in Training : Nov 15, 2011 12:20pmIts my 5th week on lees programme and i am beginning to see good improvements in my body.Im getting leaner and fitter and i can see some good muscle definition coming on.A friend of mine passed away last week and i had a week of inactivity.Alot of drinking and unhealthy eating but im Trying to put myself back on track again.I went back to the gym today and had so much stress pressure built up i may of over trained.Hopefully the week off wont effect my progress.
Iv also seen a trend in my lifting stats.some are imroving but my bench press etc is staying at a plateau. I am a good

Posted in Training : Oct 08, 2011 5:39amIts Week 2 Day 4 of my lee labrdas 12 week programme. This is my first ever blog entry so bare with me people if this is bad in anyway :) . I have stuck to the programme well only occasionly having a cheat meal here and there but its rare. I didnt stay off the drink as i found this way to hard for all the work i am doing in the gym you have to let off some steam every now and then. Its all work no play and that aint a good mixture for success people.
