How I Started:
well a few years back a graduated high school and all sport ended...so I blew up!
I looked in the mirror one day and didn'e like the person that was looking back at me...and decided to do something about it.
Why I Love It:
It just lets me be me...no judgments, no expectations, I create my own time, my own goals...in my own time and on my terms!
How I Stay Motivated:
Well i started from Scratch...(bad break up) so now I look at the most recent photo of myself keep it close by...then I keep my "goal" photo with me and just keep pushing myself to atchieve it!
BB Accomplishments:
Never entered anything but I would love to enter something next year as a congratulations to myself!! Look how far you've come kind of thing.

Thank you. My family came and picked me up this weekend to take me home, and that really helped a lot. I couldn't drive or cook - but do feel better, but not 100% yet. I am touched by your kind concern :)
Aw, thank you! Very sweet of you to say. I am still sick, but after a weekend at home for some TLC, I feel like the antibiotics are kicking in, and the symptoms are easier to deal with. I really appreciate you dropping in with the kind words :)
I was actually out of the gym for a few weeks and was unable to workout. I was outta town and ate out but finally got home and am back to it man, trying to hit it hard!
That sucks, hope you feel better soon. Have been a little crazy with my workouts lately and trying to get up in the morning run a few and then at night lift for about an hour and spend another hour on cardio. The more results I see the more I want to see more!!! Happy Trianing :) Amber
Heck yes you can! And I know the results come so slow sometimes but you've got to remember seeing results in yourself are sometimes like watching the grass grow

I know, that's good advice and I should have, normally when I have a bad day at work I have the best workouts. But I never tried working out while having an anxiety attack. They last all day for me when I get them and are really bad, shortness of breath and bad chest pains. I took the day off and will push extra hard today for missing yesterday.
