How I Started:
When my mom turned 40 she decided to get in shape and started hitting the gym hard and at 14 I tagged along. I had to sneak in since being 14 I wan't insurable.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me look and feel.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want be healthy enough to keep on top of my three sons, and I want to look good doing it.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Prior to lifting, I imagine how the workout is going to happen. In particular, I can visualize myself performing the exercizes for the specific bodypart.
