I used to be in great shape back in high school. but for the last 2 years having an office job i have really let myself go. I want to get a six pack, and bulk up as i want to be a firefighter.

I am looking to drop from 230 pounds to 200 pounds, while also gaining muscle. I want to get a six pack, and increase my chest and arms. Becuase im at the beginning stage i need direction.

no no no, I was born in Calgary! and as for losing weight I do my Cardio first thing in the morning, seems to work for me.
