My nutrition program is pretty simple. I love to cook and love to eat. My basic nutrition hits three main groups, Protein, Carbs, and Fats.
My daily nutrition is balanced and focused around the training I'm doing that day, as well as the hours im working. I work in the retail industry and my hours at work are always changing. I'm very consistent with eating a breakfast full of protein and some complex carbs, which will allow me to push through morning training or my day at work. I also like to have a solid meal full of protein later at night to sustain throughout the night. Meals in between fall about every two and a half hours. Below are some of my top meals!
Egg white scramble - 6 egg whites, 1 cup of veggies (peppers, mushrooms, onions)
Morning protein shake - 1.5 scoops whey powder, frozen fruits, blended
Protein powder crepes - 1 scoop whey, 2 egg whites, skim milk. Simply wisk, cook in frying pan like pan cake
Chicken breast (skinless, boneless), Fresh veggies, sweet potato/brown rice
Greek yogurt with granola or cherrios
Baby spinach salad with veggies and chicken
Cottage cheese with fruit
Protein shake with banana
