I love working out because it gives me a feeling of control over my body I love the feel of a single muscle contraction, it is something I never felt until I started body building.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a trainer that keeps me motivated. I have an awesome circle of friends on here that support me in my efforts and Now that I have lost some significant weight and my body has changed, I like the way clothes look on me, so a motivation is to keep making the improvements and wearing clothes I could never wear before.
BB Accomplishments:
My bigges accomplishment to do date is......I am wearing a smaller size pants that I wore in high school!
Forum Signature:
The older you get, the tougher it is to lose weight, because by then your body and your fat have gotten to be really good friends.

Chocolate Kahlua Mousse Parfait Recipe
In a large mixing bowl, combine the milk, Kahlua, mousse mix, and cocoa. With an electric mixer fitted with beaters, whip on low speed until blended. Slowly increase the mixer speed to high, whipping for 5 minutes, or until fluffy.
In each of 4 large wine glasses or glass dessert bowls, layer 1/4 cup of the mousse, 2 teaspoons of crumbs, and 2 tablespoons of topping. Repeat layering once more, using the remaining ingredients except for about 1/8 teaspoon of graham cracker crumbs. Sprinkle the top of each serving with a few of the remaining graham cracker crumbs. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

I spent some time lately revisiting these childhood activities and I have to report they...
Wow you every time I view your profile I see you have made significant strides. Keep it up. I am going to try the Muscle & Fitness 3 month challenge. I am more focused when I have an end goal in mind.
Finished in 4:18:05, a PR, but 20+ minutes slower than I thought I was capable of. I enjoyed my training, and the race, not the final results. Thanks for all of your support. My next marathon will be in Niagara Falls 10/26
15K that's awesome, and an awesome time. Mine was 8.5 miles and I finished in 72:55. Any chance of your running the Boilermaker 15K in Utica NY in July? I'm hoping to make that race.
