How I Started:
I have wanted to be a big guy since i first saw Arnold in a film when i was 4. Finally got the motivation to train for the body i want last year.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of the pump and believe that bodybuilding is an art in that we ourselves are the sculptors and we must sculpt a masterpiece using training and diet to shape and define our bodies
How I Stay Motivated:
Usually i just think about what i am going to end up looking like and that motivates me. If im having a lazy day i'll watch Pumping Iron which usually gets me in the mood for doing weights.
BB Accomplishments:
No compititions as of yet as i am only starting out but my biggest personal achievement has been getting to the 15" arms stage which i know might not sound big to everyone else but im impressed ive went up from 12" to 15" in less than a year

I am 5ft8" and at the minute weigh 170pounds. I have 15" arms, a 42" chest, 32" waist, 16" calves and 22" thighs. I would like to get my weight up to 190pounds and my body to small amateur competition standards
