Overall Goal:  After suffering a prolapsed disk in my lower back and ending up in Emergency, i am now back home and slowly on the mend. I start Sports Rehab soon, so i'm looking forward to getting fit again and taking my time not to over do it just yet...

Athough i've tried to stay fit since i was about 19, i've never really put too much into it, but i went away with my Job and decided to kill some time by getting down the Gym and started to make improvements..
Why I Love It:
I feel great, in the Zone, i like people saying "you look good" and i like feeling Strong.
How I Stay Motivated:
i think of my Son and say to myself "one more for Sam".
BB Accomplishments:
None as of yet, although the first time i bench pressed 150kg i was pretty happy.

Well it's January 1st 2008 and thankfully the holidays are over for another year and i can concentrate on getting back into it. My main goal for the first part of the year is to get bigger and keep my body fat around the 15% mark, so i can look to compete mid year in my first competition...
