I worked on a farm for 15 years. Lifting weights seemed like the right thing to do.
Why I Love It:
The results
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching Pumping Iron or checking out pictures that make me get my ass off the couch. Also, out-lifting steroid users at the gym.
BB Accomplishments:
more of a personal accomplishment but I did 22 chinups with a body weight of 200lbs.

Workout Program:
I'm into the crossfit routine at the moment. Follow along at crossfit.com. Today's workout is "Helen".

Three rounds of:

Run 400 meters;

21 55lbs kettle ball swings; and

12 pullups.

For time.

Did mine as required in seven minutes.
