I worked on a farm for 15 years. Lifting weights seemed like the right thing to do.

Watching Pumping Iron or checking out pictures that make me get my ass off the couch. Also, out-lifting steroid users at the gym.

more of a personal accomplishment but I did 22 chinups with a body weight of 200lbs.
