How I Started:
had some stomach problems...needed to start eating healthier to take care of it...finally treated the problem naturally, after extensive tries with various medicines. Nothing worked except for good ol' healthy food..After that I started getting into the whole health/fitness scene and tried lifting one day with a friend, been hooked ever since.

observe the unhealthy people around me, can't seem to understand why they'd choose such a lifestyle, specially after i started lifting...also, looking up to major athletes and bodybuilders, just makes me wanna get like them!

aham, tipo, eu to pagando 110 reais no whey de 900g pro mes intero , ai eh foda nao da pro cara abusar . to treinando 4x na semana agora por causa da faculdade, crescendo devagarinho. te cuida ai parcero um abraco pra vc e pro obama hehe

opaa, mineiro beleza! ai eh bem melhor pra treinar sem duvida, proteina barata e de qualidade ai pros EUA, fora as academias q sao muito melhores do q as daqui. se vc tiver alguma duvida eu posso dar uma mao pra vc por aqui em portugues q fica mais facil pra gente beleza . um abraco e bons treinos!
