had some stomach problems...needed to start eating healthier to take care of it...finally treated the problem naturally, after extensive tries with various medicines. Nothing worked except for good ol' healthy food..After that I started getting into the whole health/fitness scene and tried lifting one day with a friend, been hooked ever since.

observe the unhealthy people around me, can't seem to understand why they'd choose such a lifestyle, specially after i started lifting...also, looking up to major athletes and bodybuilders, just makes me wanna get like them!
