i looked skinny and was not happy with my body and felt inconfident in myself at 60kg i also wanted to play football which was hard

alot of bench motivational music protein good diet and luv cardio

No real body building accomplishment i think my arms are pretty buig fro my size i had them ayt 16inches at 154lb at one stage.

F----g ripped, just the way I like it, very sweet. I love definition. Too many guys are just big, or have neglected legs ("chicken legs), and no definition. Having it is the holy grail of bodybuilding, and you have it.
