When I Started:
How I Started:
Always have been active since a teen. However got wiser and stronger with age! Within the past six years focusing on fitness and health has helped me deal with
life when it gets hard
Why I Love It:
The changes you see in your body. The rush of endorphins from exercise and how it can seriously make a positive impact in your overall health and how you deal with things that happen in life. Meeting new friends, exchanging ideas, and being around postive fun people.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing the way exercise makes me feel. Changing up things, keeping things fresh. Knowing that god gave me 2 strong legs and by gosh i am gonna use them
Well a totally different view of the Buffalo NGA Figure and Bodybuilding show yesterday......
I helped get 3 figure girls ready and let me tell you how excited I was to be there. Support means everything to you when you are about to hit the stage, and I was so VERY happy to be part of...
You ook fantastic and your training has obviously worked. You have the body that so many womendream about. You have shown tremendous determination and strength of spirit. I congratulate you on all your efforts. You are a great inspiration to others at a time when it is needed most. Stay strong, focused and determined.
