How I Started:
the first time i lifted weights was when i was 12 and i wanted to get stronger for baseball. my first weight set was from ocean state job lot maybe like a 60lbs. set..... then i moved to the bench press and ive been hooked on that

benching 180lbs. at age 14.... probably not that much but to me it is
i train heavy in the beggining of my work out, then move into focus training which is higher reps, and less time in between sets. i always focus on peak, and squeeze the muscle as hard as possible. i work out until my muscle of choice for that day is completely dead. i should be able to walk if im doing leg day, no joke, i sometimes sit for 10 minutes and drink a protein shake before trying to get to my car.
