Hey Pavel thanks for the add and comment. You have a good frame witha lot of space to fill. Because of your height you will have to eat a lot more than most people. Make sure your eating a lot of protein and complex carbs. Keep working hard and you will have the one armed push-ups, and pull-ups in no time. Best of luck bro!

Virusas, thank you for the comment. I measure my arm as shown on the video next to the numbers — It's relaxed arm. My flexed biceps is 32 cm.

how u are mesuring your arm? because it looks bigger then 27, closer to 35 - 37, most of ppl mesures it flexed. Keep it up.
