HOW I STARTED:

i inspired by my ex-gf. back when i was started i knew nothing about muscle building. so i didn't commit to do it. i ate as i wanted to n trained whenever i want to.

WHY I LOVE IT:

i love being in shape n i love showing off my body, i love doing all those exercises.

I follow his program cuz i wanna be like him. his workout is really great. made me push myself to the limit.

Tuesday: Abs Circuit
-Crunch: 20 reps for 3 sets
-Decline Bench Crunch: 20 reps for 3 sets
-Reverse Crunch :20 reps for 3 sets
-Oblique Cable Crunch: 20 reps for 3 sets
-Hanging Legs Raises: 20 reps for 3 sets

austinboy86 Monday, I trained Chest with Bicep, Tuesday, I do Tricep with back. Wed, I do shoulder, and Thursday, I do on legs. Friday, will start going back to Chest and bicep again, cos I want to have a cut chest and lean arms..!! For abs, I do 15 mins everyday to warm down before I leave the gym. With at least 200 crunches every day...!! I had 2 boiled eggs ever day after each work out. And before going to bed, I had another scope of 24g of Casein protein shake with milk again... austinboy86 Well, I always a milk shake of one scope of whey protein of 24g, in the morning. And at 4pm 1 hour before my working out, I have another scope of hydro power whey protein with 1 tea spoon of creatin. And I come to the gym to swim for 30 to 40 rounds which approximately 30 to 40 mins. I come back to the treadmills and run for another 30mins to 40mins again. austinboy86 I do total of 1:30h a day for Cardio, 45mins for swimming and 45mins for running..!! I dont see any fat you have on that area at all..!! It was a flaw abs you have.. Jealous..;) Well, I will try to do more on Cardio, since this is only way to cut out that fats... Apr 27, 2012 10:25pm
