i inspired by my ex-gf. back when i was started i knew nothing about muscle building. so i didn't commit to do it. i ate as i wanted to n trained whenever i want to.
i love being in shape n i love showing off my body, i love doing all those exercises.

-Crunch: 20 reps for 3 sets
-Decline Bench Crunch: 20 reps for 3 sets
-Reverse Crunch :20 reps for 3 sets
-Oblique Cable Crunch: 20 reps for 3 sets
-Hanging Legs Raises: 20 reps for 3 sets
Wednesday: Back & Biceps (Body By Design & 12 Weeks hardcore By Kris Gethin)
Thursday: Abs Circuit
