Changed my diet went up to 400 grams of Protien and 100 carbs  a day.

Only problem i have now is i wake up everynight wanting to eat

I'm almost done God the diet is killing me. you know the last couple weeks are the tough ones. but it's worth it. you know with the diet I just cut my calories and wathch my carb intake and fat also but sugar to makes and I also take my suplemments that I think are really important God I think I can write couple pages about my diet but I will be more than happy to help you out with your diet, by the way you are looking pretty good
