Now I am on pyramid training ------- I am starting Drop sets for my next phase of training.
I am doing descending pyramid approach of 15/12/10/8 for each set. I am On a Chest/tris Back/Bis Shoulders/Abs and Legs training approach. I am trying to put more size on before my next show. This single high volume and more recovery time per muscle group approach should help me put more size on. -----------
I want to maintain most of my strength and define my muscles more by lowering my body fat with this high volume approach. I am on a push pull split with 3-4 days on and 1 day off. Chest/back, Legs, Shoulders, bis, and tris. Core and cardio training almost everyday. I do 3 drop set for exercise with a total of 6 to 8 exercises per session. Reps range from 15-25. I take each workout to the threshold and get a great pump that last for hours.
