My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

Now I am on pyramid training ------- I am starting Drop sets for my next phase of training.

I am doing descending pyramid approach of 15/12/10/8 for each set. I am On a Chest/tris Back/Bis Shoulders/Abs and Legs training approach. I am trying to put more size on before my next show. This single high volume and more recovery time per muscle group approach should help me put more size on. -----------

I want to maintain most of my strength and define my muscles more by lowering my body fat with this high volume approach. I am on a push pull split with 3-4 days on and 1 day off. Chest/back, Legs, Shoulders, bis, and tris. Core and cardio training almost everyday. I do 3 drop set for exercise with a total of 6 to 8 exercises per session. Reps range from 15-25. I take each workout to the threshold and get a great pump that last for hours.

I eat mostly organic. I include high amounts of vegetables, lean proteins and complex carbs in my Diet.

I recently decided to be more strict on my diet. I will lower my carbohydrate intake to below 40%. I will do this by eliminate bread, pizza and pasta servings. I usally have two to five servings per day of 1 of the three. Also, I will limit my intake of dark chocolate. I used to have dark chocolate every night. Finally, I will eliminate eating out at Subway and other restaurants that I hit up at least 3 times a week. I will prepare, cook, and eat most of my meals at home. Typical diet of the day includes, organic oats and eggs in the morning, almonds, organic broccoli, organic chicken and sweet potato. Organic brown rice and quinoa and organic yogurt.

I just recently starting taking supplements. In the past, I tried multivitamins, protein shakes, and bars but nothing consistently. For the past two months, I have consistently taking preworkout powders, protein powders, multivatimins and fish oils. I am trying new product line Infinite Labs, Juggernaunt preworkout and Massport.

My Life's Passion

When I started resistance training back when I was 14, I liked the way it made me felt. I was more confident, stronger, and happy to see my muscles show. Ever since then I have consistenlty trained with the weights. I never made goals on competing in bodybuilding shows until recently. My goals in the past was to put on size and strength for football and basketball. In college, I workout more to keep my body lean. I never worried about counting portion and macronutrients rato among protein, carbohydrates, and fats. I have been eating healthy since 14. During the years I have been refining my diet and workouts to tailor more to staying healthy and lean. Now I want to be the best I can be. I am highly motivated and I want to be a better role model for my finance, students, my athletes, and my clients. Bodybuilding is a challenge and I like challenges. I ran my first full marathon last May 2011. I have since switch my training plans to keep on more lean muscle. What keeps me training everyday and pushing myself to my limits in the gym is the picture in my mind of what I will look like up on the stage. My finance is my biggest motivator. She tells me that she loves and believes in me.
