dann auf ein neues! viel glück für dich! ich war in letzter zeit auch weniger fleißig. werd über den winter auch nur zuhause trainieren und nicht mehr ins studio fahren ( zu kalt mit dem rad )^^

moin patrick! zurzeit nehm ich von controlled labs : white flood, green magnitude und glycer grow ( kann dir alle drei sehr empfehlen, vor allem white flood ) dann noch syntha-6 proteinmischung von bsn und protein-isolat. musst du mal auf meinem bodyspace schauen unter supplements, dort sind die auch gelistet ;)

tag 1 brust und schultern, tag 2 bi-und trizeps, tag 3 rücken, tag 4, beine, tag 5 bauch... manchmal stell ich die tage auch um, danach dann 3 bis 4 tage pause :) das rockt für mich :D

Not super thin, but at 6'2" 175# is a bit small. If I can get to 190 and stay super lean that would be great. Keep hitting those weights hard.!
