Still hard at it on the Madcow 5x5 program. Squat is up to 320 and bench was 190x3 the other day. Check out my bodyspace. Still carrying 24% bodyfat. I think have some good muscle building going on but it is being buried by the fat. I am fairly active and eat well (not terribly strict). Was there one thing that really helped kick up your calorie burn ? Am I really going to have to start doing hours of cardio each week?
