Took me a couple of workouts to realize this is a very pure exercise. You and your body. Not much more.

I am back training hard again. The Aspen in NW OKC was turned into a YMCA. Fortunately the big free weight area remained. It definitely has fewer weights, but it also has fewer people. I think the YMCA brings in a different type of crowd.  I've updated my Bodyspace goals that I need to hit by 6/30. Take a look and let me know what you think. I don't think I'll have any trouble hitting the deadlift and squat goals. Bench has always been weak for me. Which is odd because I am killing it with... Go to BodyBlog

Back at it in OKC

I've updated my Bodyspace goals that I need to hit by 6/30. Take a look and let me know what you think. I don't think I'll have any trouble hitting the deadlift and squat goals. I have really gone the wrong direction on my goals. I could use some advice at the thread below.  HERE . Thanks.

Goal Result: Week 1

Last Sunday I set a weight and fat % goat to meet by the week of 9/4. I have a wedding to attend out of town so that seemed like a good mark. Current Weight: 243   Target: 230 (.87 lbs per week) Current Fat %:  22.5   Target: 15% (.5% per week) Just measured at the end of week 1 and did not do too good: Week 1 Weight: 240.8 Week 1 Fat %: 23.5% So it looks like I both lost muscle mass and gained fat. Terrible. Will have to start buckling down to meet this. I must find out all of my bad habits and shoot them down. Looking at cutting out the coffee, all red meat, and everythin...
