patrick24601 Took a break this past week because the inlaws were in town. Back to hit it hard this week before Warrior Dash.

Still hard at it on the Madcow 5x5 program. Squat is up to 320 and bench was 190x3 the other day. Check out my bodyspace. Still carrying 24% bodyfat. I think have some good muscle building going on but it is being buried by the fat. I am fairly active and eat well (not terribly strict). Was there one thing that really helped kick up your calorie burn ? Am I really going to have to start doing hours of cardio each week?
