Goal (Long): Loose some fat, gain muscle and definition, look like a 30+ year old guy instead of 40+, wich I have no problem with but the mirror just remind me I missed something (workouts?)

January 6th. Well quite happy of myself, I've been working out continuously for 5 weeks now and feel much better even if I don't see much improvement on my body yet, just firmer muscles! Well that's all! Happy new year to all of you.
