Loose some fat, gain muscle and definition, look like a 30+ year old guy instead of 40+, wich I have no problem with but the mirror just remind me I missed something (workouts?)
January 6th. Well quite happy of myself, I've been working out continuously for 5 weeks now and feel much better even if I don't see much improvement on my body yet, just firmer muscles! Well that's all! Happy new year to all of you.
It's a 3 day program :
Day 1: chest and biceps
Day 2 : back and triceps
Day 3 : shoulders and legs
Abs every day and when I have time cardio for 45 to 60 minutes
