came back to lifting year and a half ago. worked out on and off in the past this time i'm lifting for good
Why I Love It:
wanted to add size from being underweight for a long time and no plans of quiting

stay strong and get stronger and add as much size as possible naturally. and to eat good to support the lifts.

yeah things are good this end, bummer about the cold, a few of the guys at work are off with swine flu, hopefully i'll avoid that, but its everywhere, hope you get back to training soon.
