To finally get back into pre-pregnancy shape and to actually have more definition.
I have my own program so to speak of. Back in the fall I started P90X, but for certain reasons I had to stop so as the new year started I started again. Since then I have completed P90X lean and now I have started P90X / Insanity Hybrid. Back on Monday, the 16th, for 2 days a week for the next 4 weeks I'm attending a Pole Fit class that really works your abs, thighs, butt, calves and arms. Basically, it's cardio and strength rolled into one. When, I have the chance to take our dog for a run w/o the kids as they are 5, 3 and 1.
