My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

P90X / Insanity Hybrid Workout

Sunday, April 15th, 2012 started my P90X / Insanity Hybrid workout program.  For the first 4 weeks, twice a week I'm using a groupon for a pole fit class.  Not only will I be doing my videos, but also doing the class so I'll be getting double the workout on Mon. and Thurs.  I also have a friend that is looking at losing weight and looks like I might have to be her motivator and make her workout, we'll see.

Nothing to crazy, as I'm only taking a few, so I'm also watching what I eat, etc.

I'm taking Ultra Woman - Sport supplements.  Also picked up Syntha-6 verses bodytech Whey Tech Pro 24.

To finally get back into pre-pregnancy shape and to actually have more definition.

I have my own program so to speak of.  Back in the fall I started P90X, but for certain reasons I had to stop so as the new year started I started again.  Since then I have completed P90X lean and now I have started P90X / Insanity Hybrid.  Back on Monday, the 16th, for 2 days a week for the next 4 weeks I'm attending a Pole Fit class that really works your abs, thighs, butt, calves and arms.  Basically, it's cardio and strength rolled into one.  When, I have the chance to take our dog for a run w/o the kids as they are 5, 3 and 1.

patitetortue Went out Fri. for my b-day and since then I've gained 1.1 lbs. I keep gaining instead of losing even w/ working out.
