I would like to drop 38lbs of fat while gaining lean muscle. I would like to achieve this by my big 30 in November 27.
Goal (Long):
Since childhood I have always been medium weight, meaning not to fat but not skinny either. When I was 15yrs old. I was very depressed and unhappy with my life and gained alot of weight and went up to 178lbs. It wasn't until I saw a picture of myself of the last day of Freshman year and "WOW! I was huge compaired to my friends". Although I didn't relize it at the time the picture is what really hit me. It was time to make a change so throughout Sophmore year I made a commitment to myself to eat half of every meal, no more seconds, candy, soda, and icecreams. I also shut the T.V off everyday at 9p.m and workout for an hour. At first it was tuff I began with 15min, then 30, then 45, until I made it through a full hour. Well by the end of that year I dropped down to 140lbs. And my weight stayed off for atleast 5yrs and well its gradually worked its way back up. I want to get that disipline back, I know I have made many exscusses and I am Tired of being Tired. I want to protray that imagine I see myself being. Which is a 5'6 130lbs young women full of self confidence and lean muscle. I know I can do it, and if I do I want to help others, including my family achieve what I will achieve.
If you are getting tone thats a good sign that you doing the right thing the inches will fall off as you ganin more lean muscle tissue, while 1 pound muscle and a pound of fat are the same wieght wise muscle is much more compact and takes up less space keep pushing and cardio will help enhance your weight traing effects
hey I just got back from kansas city, I was on a littl vacation. you said you were lacking energy. my all time favortie supplement and it got voted suplement of the year like 3 years in row. it's n.o xplode by BSN. try it, it works so good. that cla product your taking is good, but the oil with 3,6,9 in it may not be good, your body produces enough 6 & 9 I recommend barleans flax seed oil. I see your trynna meet a goal. well the best meal plan is protein shake in the morning, snack 2 hrs after, lunch have a salad and dinner have a salad with maybe some egg and some form of meat in it. I prefer canned chicken and just dump it in the salad. so tons of salad is the key. let me know if you need any other help. BTW you look very pretty.
whats going on thanks for the add. yeah from my stats I am pretty stocky but I havent updated my recent stats, lately I been leaning out so Im down to 178 but my strength stayed the same. I do drink whey protein I buy optimum pro complex, bit pricey but good stuff. If I do drink any form of egg protein it's usually egg whites mixed in with skim milk and it serves as a meal especially breakfast time. which gym do you go to?
