My day was fine I went out and bought a scale lol. reluctantly! lol but hey gotta keep it going! I was doing well on my own I went from 187 to 171.5 now but I stopped so now I gotta buckle bck down you know?

Wow that is great. I try so hard but i dont know lol. Im ready this time! Are you still doing weight watchers? How well did it work for you when you started? sorry soo many questions. But when I say you are on the same walk as me I mean you are where I wanna be! I started at 180 exactly and am that same girl that has always thought "im not fat because i carry my weight well!" Until i saw a picture resently of myself and wanted to just cry!!!

really thats the hardest part for me the motivation to go! lol I just moved to a new place. We have a gym right on site! maybe that will make me get up and move. being so close. Soo what was it like to compete?

thanks lol. carbs bad got ya. lol This dieting and working out stuff is all new to me this seemed like a nice to start off with. Ive lost about 15lbs on my own in last 2 months. So its a start lol
