When I Started:
Jul, 2008
How I Started:
When I saw a picture of myself and realized how much i had let my body get out of control. All this time I had been thinking I carried myself well and looked good and my size. But I realized I wasnt happy. Then I started to notice all the little things that I hadnt before like the fact that I could nolonger even wear a size 13 comfortably I was now in a 15 easy! It hurt so I realized Its time to change things!
Why I Love It:
LOL I dont yet but I'm sure I'll get there!
How I Stay Motivated:
Lots and Lots of new music on my ipod! With all my favorite tunes I try to pretend Im in a music video!!!! lol or at least getting ready for one!
BB Accomplishments:
Wanna be able to see my abs. Have better definition all the way around.

I wanna be able to look in the mirror and feel beautiful again completely.
Goal (Long):
I dont when I started gaining soo much weight all I know is that one day I found myself nolonger able to even fit a size 13 and having to purchase a size 15 pants! This for me was a breaking point out the door were all the cute little outfits and perfect little body. I have always been a small girl even after having my son I wore a size 5 pants. slowly that started to creep on me I guess and I always attributed it to my newly curvey body but then curves turned into fat and now I am here. I want to get back down to the nice body I remember. I wanna be able to look in the mirror and not cry! I'm tired of everyone telling me how much weight I've gained how I used to be so small. I wanna look on the outside how I feel on the inside! Beautiful and Sexy! And thats what I entend to be in 3 months or at least well on my way! Not to mention I have a wedding to get ready for and wanna be the bomb in my dress!
Weight Goal:

Eh..i only felt that "all day energy" effect for the first 2 weeks. I took a month break from fat burners just to see if maybe I was getting caffeine immunity or something but the same thing happened again. My fav fat burner is cytolean. You feel consistent energy with no jitters all day and it works through the whole cycle. I'll go back to that after I finish this bottle though.
Congrats on the progress thus far! I know what you mean about buckling down. I figure that we have about 3 months of intense training and healthy eating til we have to do some serious holiday treat dodging lol
I stopped going to meetings at the beginning of summer because I was so distracted and didn't think it made sense to pay for meetings when I was hardly following the plan lol. I love weight watchers because the meetings keep you accountable and everyone there can relate to what you're going through. Yeah, when I was 180 I thought I just looked thick and luscious...til I saw pics like the one in my progress section lol. You can turn it all around though! You'll get in those low rider jeans
It's a crazy world - competing. But I really enjoy it. Look up the different articles on this site about what it takes to compete. That's where I found a lot of my information!
My wife (bodyspace: judimax) and I would love to see you make your fitness
goals become reality. Judimax went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. Push yourself; possibly out of your comfort zone and you may be amazed at the results and the speed that they can occur. Let us know if we can be of assistance.
pointers? i could go all day on pointers... but if i had to give just one... keep the carbs very low. i only allow myself carbs on saturdays..only way i can lean out
