Oahu 08' going to pick up chicken, tuna, oatmeal, and veggies during my stay there. I weighed 207 @ 7% BF. I had dropped 150 pounds up to that point. Feeling good and loving life!

Staying the course while on vacation. I located a hardcore Gym on the island. The owner was totally cool he let me workout for 2 weeks for only 25 bucks. Thanks Bruddah

Haven't lifted in 4 days and I'm still growing. You do your growing at home after you put the work in the gym. Cardio is kicking in and the BF% is dropping.

A few people at the gym said that I've really put on some mass. So I had to take some shots to see what they see. The heavy lifting is paying off plus diet. I'm getting where I want to go but I have a lot of improvements I want to make.

Side chest relaxed. From shoulders to upper chest is really filling up. Rows, Inclines, and deadlifts. When you hit 45 you got to lift the chest. There are a lot of guys with boobs because of a sagging chest. The key is inclines so you can lift what time has tried to drop.

DB Incline press pump. I'm really getting thick throughout my chest. Especially the upper chest area. The focus on Inclines is paying off.

Horizontal press pump. 2nd exercise and I'm swelling up. Pretty strong on this day, with only 40 carbs on my low carb day. My lifts were only off 5-10%. But I employed heavy weight rest pause principal.
