How I Started:
I started lifting weights seriously back in 87'. But after knee surgery, marraige, kids, and a sit down job I went from 193 lbs to 350 lbs. So it was either life or death and I chose life and started back BB/WO August 07.
Why I Love It:
The transformation of my life! Enough said.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at my old pictures and my suit hanging on the coat rack.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting to the gym each day I make it a point to accomplish something each exercise. The weights will not win!!

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
As much time is needed to get that next set in. I do cardio so I don't have to rush through my sets for conditioning. How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I go for feel mostly. I try to go moderately heavy on all exercises keeping my reps between 8-15.

How's the Boss doing these days? Just got back from a 5 day roadtrip. Now hitting the gym :(, but I did hit a hiking trail and climbed up 800ft on a switchback dirt path on the side of a hill. The muscles in my hips were telling me I was working out. :)

Thanks, pops. I had a couple of setbacks this week. I sprained my ankle today and I was hoping to get a job and I didn't hear anything. Believe it or not, all I get out of what I do on here is store credit and I am doing the vids on WP for free so I can get out there to help people. I am about to the point where I may have to back off of this for a bit so I can make some money.
