How I Started:
I started lifting weights seriously back in 87'. But after knee surgery, marraige, kids, and a sit down job I went from 193 lbs to 350 lbs. So it was either life or death and I chose life and started back BB/WO August 07.
Why I Love It:
The transformation of my life! Enough said.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at my family and say to myself, "you can't allow being overwieght and eating unhealthy rob them and yourself of a quality of life". Then I look at my old pictures and my size 54 suit hanging on the coat rack and say, "never let yourself go again".
BB Accomplishments:
Getting to the gym each day I make it a point to accomplish something each exercise. The weights will not win!!

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
As much time is needed to get that next set in. I do cardio so I don't have to rush through my sets for conditioning. How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I go for feel mostly. I try to go moderately heavy on all exercises keeping my reps between 8-15.

You are welcome sir. I've found a few people on here who get what I'm doing, although I don't have a lot of heavy weight. I'm motivated. I'm going for another six-week cycle, adding more cardio, on Tues & Thurs, eat clean and see if I can get the BF down into single digits. After that a week off. LOL! Let's see how it goes.
