So far I like protein pudding - packet of protein powder, some nofat pudding mix, with either a drop or two of almond, or peppermint extract, or some strawberries. Nice way to get the fifth or sixth meal in without feeling too boggy at the end of the evening. What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Some days are better than others. This time I wrote my goals on paper and have them posted up next to my tracking calendar so that I see them everyday.
