Recovery day today and then off on tour in NYC, so we'll see if I can stick with much on this break... wish me luck!

...well, music takes another 'bite' out of my nutrional goals by way of scheduling, mostly. Hmm. Was able to get in a workout, though!

Treadmills are indeed a medieval instrument of torture. However, conquering said instrument for 25 min earlier today has me feeling good.
