The do-over is a little more manageable with BFL workouts, Nutrition still a problem on tour. Any suggestions please?

When I Started:
How I Started:
I was working in a place full of bitter, angry and unhealthy office workers at one point and could feel my mind turning to stone and my body turning to anarchy, so a flyer up on the bulletin board advertising some bodysculpting lessons piqued my curiosity. Not much colour on those bulletin board... anyway, it was the start of what turned out to be something I rather liked. I was not a child of team sports, and would much rather take my books and sit with the cats under the lilac trees and read. Hence, I am not known for my athleticism.
Why I Love It:
I really like the changes that I began to see after a few weeks when I first started to do this, way back when. I liked that my efforts helped with my concentration in other areas of my life, and the confidence I felt was like nothing else I'd experienced at all growing up. (not a happy house) So, having put a few miles (read: pounds) and done a bit of time (read: years) on the hamster wheel, I find that what I was doing was rendering me in a plateau. So, it's time to learn something new.
How I Stay Motivated:
At the moment, I'm staying motivated by reading the essays of the other women here, and seeing the transformation pictures is mind-blowing. I am quite taken with so much feminine power that is here in on this site - it's really quite impressive! I'd really like to be among those here who have been able to stay focussed to acheive that for which they strove!
BB Accomplishments:
... um, well, this part is a wee bit weak at the moment BUT, I have to say that I consider getting to the gym everyday and eating according to plan an accomplishment! (man, I hope you guys back me up on this... I need to take refuge in the small victories for now.) *laughing*

Goal (Long):
Although I'm not training for a contest yet (I simply don't know of any at the moment) I'm still motivated to change my body, appearance, habits, all the stuff that goes with living a healthier life. I want that confidence back. I was fit once, and want to be even better than before.
This website has been truly inspirational in seeing other women who've either transformed themselves, or have been fit for many years and have passed on excellent advice through their experience!
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal:

What is your favorite "healthy" dessert? Give the recipe if applicable.
So far I like protein pudding - packet of protein powder, some nofat pudding mix, with either a drop or two of almond, or peppermint extract, or some strawberries. Nice way to get the fifth or sixth meal in without feeling too boggy at the end of the evening. What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Some days are better than others. This time I wrote my goals on paper and have them posted up next to my tracking calendar so that I see them everyday.
... my progress is already showing. Only half-arsed workout since I started on the 1st of June, and today's felt particularly productive. I find that rather than rushing through and trying to get as many reps as quickly like I see so many at the gym doing, I'm doing my 8 to 15...
Not necessarily.. I have the same blessing with my shoulders. The good thing about muscle is it burns fat all over your body no matter where it is. So it's a blessing to have a muscle group with a propensity to develop quickly. Some people cry that their backs don't develop quickly! lol! It's a good thing! :-)
I am glad that my journey has motivated you to keep at it! Welcome to bodyspace. Stay consistent with your workouts and nutrition....be patient...and watch what your body will do! Best of luck and thanks for the add btw :D
dont wait around for some time..haha..do it now, nothing is holding you back, dig deep and find the focus you need to get the job done..
I can tell you are ready, so take charge and do it..
Thank you again..
Steve
