I just lost a good amount of body fat in the last 3 months(Jan08-Apr08) and I plan on losing more. If I could get my lower 2 abs to be more defined I would be very happy. I am not trying to get HUGE, just cut and defined. Getting stronger is just an added benefit for me, not my goal. I tried bulking and I just felt like shit after binging for 3 months. My strength improved drastically but just was not worth it for me. I like to stay in good cardio shape. Also I really want to work on my tri's and chest. I have very little definition in my tri's, it has always been a week point for me.
**UPDATE** I am back in the states from my deployment. My transformation is complete. I finished at about 8% bodyfat. I am very happy with my results. Now I just have to try and maintain all my hard work. I dont have 3hrs a day to spend in the gym anymore and the boozing doesnt help either. But I am trying hard to keep my results and maybe even improve.
