I started working out when I was 16yrs old. I started lifting weights at that age and playing basketball. I loved sports, but I never took care of my nutrition, until later on in my 20's. When I started in College I joined the Judo team and when joined the Navy competed in Power Lifting and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. Now I have the chance of my life, of doing what I always wanted to do, but never had the courage to start. Competing in Figure and wear a bikini in front of a whole audience.
Why I Love It:
I love working out b/c it makes me like more myself and be a better person. It challenges me to do better every day and it boost my self esteem to keep me going through anything. Although for me God is my motivation, working out is my passion.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stayed motivated by visualizing myself how I will look when I reach my goal. This is a competition between me vs me, nobody else! I need to fight for what I want in life, in order to succeed b/c nobody is going to do it for me.

Goal (Long):
My dream has always been to compete in Figure and be a fitness model. Now I have the chance to compete in my 1st Figure competition representing the US Navy and my country Puerto Rico. I am doing the best I can to stay dedicated and committed to my diet and training. God is with me day by day to support me in this dream of mine to stay focus... My best accomplishment will be to get the body I always wanted, tight, lean and muscular and be in the Oxygen magazine as a fitness model. I want to be proud of myself of the dedication I've been having so far to be the best I can be! I have total confidence I will be 125 lbs by 04OCT09 and I will look great in stage, no matter if I win or lose the competition. I will always be a winner b/c I challenged myself and achieved my dream body ;-)! God bless!
She is very dedicated and I've seen her progress since she started lifting weights and is awesome! Keep it up Chris! I am very proud of you. Pam, thanks for the add. I always find it awesome when my fellow military is leading the way. You did an outstanding job getting ready for your first show! Your legs are exceptional. You whole physique is well balanced. Great work and keep up the focused determination to be your best!
Pam great job on the progress only two more weeks, i'd like to get you dont to 140-139 then the legs will show more im sure, but your looking great in fact you doing better each week, wish we had more time for you prep but that's the natureof the beast we do the best we can with what we are given and that's what you have been doing. I'm very proud of YOU Pam!!!!
