Inflammed hip. Doctor wants to make sure that I haven't torn the cartilge in my hip. :( MRI is next week. till then no squats, which makes me sad.

The worse part was that since I cannot do squats right now due to an injury he told me to do step ups on a short box with 40# weights in each hand. I made it through 10 and was like F@*# this. There was no way I was going to be able to do 150 with an added 80#'s to my body weight. I ended up doing the rest with 30# dumbbells.

We did mini-murph this Saturday. Try this one, our trainer's on crack! Run 800m carrying 45# plate/50 pull-ups/100 push-ups/150 squats/Run 800m with 45# plate. If you set the plate down while running do 10 burpees per fault. It sucked!! Girls and guys had same weight.
