How I Started:
I weighed 185 lbs was way over weight for my frame. I saw a commercial for Bowflex and I said "if it can be done I can do it" an so I bought a BowFlex and fell in love with working out.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel when I am fit. I also love the way I look. I am a firm believer in the saying "when you look good you feel good, and when you feel good you do good."
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at pictures of the type of body I want to have and say to my self "If he did it I can do it!" If I stop looking at those photos I forget and it's easy to get off track. I love BB.com cuz I can see photos of great physiques all the time.
BB Accomplishments:
Before I took a break this last time I was 6% body fat & 145 lbs.

My ideal goal would be to be 165-170 pounds and around 6-7% body fat. I really would love to compete someday. I think it would be a blast to be an underwear model.

depends, some grunt just to grunt and that is annoying; I breathe harder when i am pushing it but don't grunt

Thanks for the motivation. Keep watching I'm going to put up a few pictures this weekend. They will be great. But on to your question, my secret really isn't a secret at all. Diet is my secret. I don't have any problem not eating any junk food at all. Also I train like a madman.Get a good routine going couple that with a good diet = profit.

Thanks for the encouragement, I really hope I can get back to where I left off very soon. I just hope my muscles' memory is better than my brain's. :) I guess what I have learned from this is that I can't keep pushing it forever before it breaks down. I hope you are enjoying the weekend. :)
