Newport Harbor High Attended 1988 to 1992 Newport Beach, California United States
When I Started:
1999
How I Started:
I weighed 185 lbs was way over weight for my frame. I saw a commercial for Bowflex and I said "if it can be done I can do it" an so I bought a BowFlex and fell in love with working out.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel when I am fit. I also love the way I look. I am a firm believer in the saying "when you look good you feel good, and when you feel good you do good."
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at pictures of the type of body I want to have and say to my self "If he did it I can do it!" If I stop looking at those photos I forget and it's easy to get off track. I love BB.com cuz I can see photos of great physiques all the time.
BB Accomplishments:
Before I took a break this last time I was 6% body fat & 145 lbs.

The only place "success" comes before "work" is in the dictionary!
If it is to be it is up to me!
One thing I love about the iron is that it doesn't lie or change its mind, 50 pounds is always 50 pounds.
DO WORK CREW! Gained 28 lbs since 9/1/09, shooting for 190 by 12/31/09. EAT, EAT, EAT! Gonna compete next year!
Goal (Long):
My ideal goal would be to be 165-170 pounds and around 6-7% body fat. I really would love to compete someday. I think it would be a blast to be an underwear model.
What an inspiration... When most people are turning down the heat he turns it up... that is mental toughness. Mental toughness is more difficult to acheive than physical toughness which he has as well!
As I read the workout put out by Double-T Sports , I figured I'd follow it to a "T" or should I say to a "Double-T". lol
I took my six NO-Beta right after I got to the gym. I wasn?t sure if I took them too late, so I did the warm- up set of 2 x25 on the Hammer Preacher curl (it said to go...

During weeks of flu you don't just lose muscle, there is a great percentage of water as well that you drop due to high temp and immune system reaction. do not worry about that loss, just recover with rest than get on with it. Your body will bounce back in no time! Keep eating clean and train heavy!
I would figure out what your maintenance calories are first including how hard you train and any cardio. I would go 500 above maintenance to gain lean mass and try to minimize fat gains. I drank the Cytogainer twice a day because my solid food diet wasn't all that great at that time. So I supplemented a lot of my calories with the shake.
Best advice I can give is to first and foremost get your diet incheck. Ensure you are consuming enough protein and clean calories. Second would be to get on a good training program and train HARD. I used Cytogainer for majority of my calories when I was bulking and got really good results.
