How I Started:
I weighed 185 lbs was way over weight for my frame. I saw a commercial for Bowflex and I said "if it can be done I can do it" an so I bought a BowFlex and fell in love with working out.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel when I am fit. I also love the way I look. I am a firm believer in the saying "when you look good you feel good, and when you feel good you do good."
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at pictures of the type of body I want to have and say to my self "If he did it I can do it!" If I stop looking at those photos I forget and it's easy to get off track. I love BB.com cuz I can see photos of great physiques all the time.
BB Accomplishments:
Before I took a break this last time I was 6% body fat & 145 lbs.

Goal (Long):
My ideal goal would be to be 165-170 pounds and around 6-7% body fat. I really would love to compete someday. I think it would be a blast to be an underwear model.

Well day 7 was my last day today i drank OJ to come out of it. I realized that one of my problems was that i wasn't drinking enough of the cleanse drink each day. On day 7 i drank a ton of it and felt great! well the next time ill know. I lost 8.4 pounds and i really do have a great...

I alternate between db and barbell bench every other week, but I honestly do not think it really matters, as long as you are subjecting the muscles to increasing amounts of resistance.
My staples are: leg press, lots of lunges and squats, leg extention, and leg curl--the regular stuff. I do moderate weight and high reps, typcially. But I am going to start heavier over the next few months.
haha no I got a little chubby. I just ate a lot and lifted heavy. My diet was not very strict, but I tried to keep it healthy. Thats awesome man, good luck!
haha my weight has been all over man. I wrestled 145 in high school, bulked up to about 190 in 2006, then cut down to 175 in 07, then back up to 185 in 08, and I have been leaning out since. I will probably stay around where I am now.
That great you get to workout together and support one another :) Well right now i'm bulking so i eat at least 2000 cals..very clean...oats, fish, veggies, whey, yams, yogurt. Does she eat clean?
