How I Started:
I weighed 185 lbs was way over weight for my frame. I saw a commercial for Bowflex and I said "if it can be done I can do it" an so I bought a BowFlex and fell in love with working out.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel when I am fit. I also love the way I look. I am a firm believer in the saying "when you look good you feel good, and when you feel good you do good."
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at pictures of the type of body I want to have and say to my self "If he did it I can do it!" If I stop looking at those photos I forget and it's easy to get off track. I love BB.com cuz I can see photos of great physiques all the time.
BB Accomplishments:
Before I took a break this last time I was 6% body fat & 145 lbs.

Goal (Long):
My ideal goal would be to be 165-170 pounds and around 6-7% body fat. I really would love to compete someday. I think it would be a blast to be an underwear model.

Hi Thanks for your message. Not necessarily. But because of electronic trading most equities are traded off the floor now. There are now electronic trading floors which is basically large rooms with trading desks dedicated to different trading products including equities.
Hey man I started a water only and eating clean diet and just stuck with itand started seeing results fast. I also do 4 days a week of cardio and 4 days of working out.
I use a combination of high volume low frequency and low volume high frequency. Basically i'll go about four to 6 weeks of doing a body split routine( google OPTIMIZED VOLUME TRAINING) than i'll usally do a deload week or a week off from weight training completely. When i come back i do 4 to 6 weeks of FULL BODY TRAINING (such as chad waterbury's Quatro Dynamo). This kind of training allows your body to never quite adapt, thus resulting in huge gains.
