How I Started:
Well, I started eating healthier and exercising last December (2007), and I ended up going from 175 to 158 pounds. Since then, I have been very busy, stressed out, and I was not watching what I was eating. I also quit exercising. A year later, I've finally got the rest of my life straight and school is going well. I'm ready to start exercising again!
Why I Love It:
I definitely do not love working out. Cardio = no fun at all. However, I do not love being fat even more than I do not love working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep looking at my first pictures and all I can think is, "I don't want to look like that ever again."

OK then its ok LOL. I tell you what I have drop 30 lbs in the last year and i'm feeling really good. I still haven't reach my goal of eventually getting back to 190 so imagine how i will fell then.
