Background
I started lifting weights around the end of August of 2011 Beacuse i saw great bodybuilders like Arnold, Dorian Yates, Ronnie Coleman, and many modern bodybuilders like Jay Cutler, and Phil Heath. From then on i made a decision in my life to look like them, through hard work and dedication!
I love Bodybuilding because every time you finish an intense workout you feel like you accomplished something great! I also love the Pump, intensity, and hard work i put in each workout!

* I focus on lifting really heavy on all my sets for mass and sometimes i mix of the rep range from as low as 4 to 6 to 8-12 reps.*
