Day 1
10 minutes of cardio = 1.5 miles on treadmill
2 sets of 15 Benchpress @ 160 lbs
2 sets of 15 Military Presses @ 110 lbs
2 sets of 15 Barbell Pulls @ 145 lbs
2 sets of 15 Barbell shrugs @ 110 lbs
2 sets of 15 barbell curls @ 65 lbs

  • So far so good! Lost about 5 pounds in a week. I do either tire flips or kettle bell squats for the one minute cardio. I'm sticking with this concept for a long time.

  • yeah I like it too! the HIIT stuff really works and I can't wait to do it but want to get some muscle back over the next 12 weeks as well as slowly lean and get my fitness so I can hammer that program! xx

DrLynn I finally made it back to bb.com. I think I see some positive changes which please me to no end. Seems the site is a little faster (after the Jan update it was so slow I wanted to pull my hair out). I really hope the trend continutes because I love it here and miss my friends.
