didn't make my goal of two hours but finished in 2hr 8 min 34 sec. not to bad for my frist 1/2 marathon. my 5k time was 26 min 24sec. triceps cramped up around mile 12 . saving up for a race wheelchair now.  THANKS FOR ALL THE SUPPORT....   71st out of 146. only wheelchair

Well, I usually ride in to work every day...I suppose it could have been worse, I could have been the one that fell off the bike!!!! What makes me really sad though is I lost my daily ration of pumpkin :-(

Yea i did my best, i ran it in under an hour. 45 min was my finished time. it was def. an experience and on top of that i met so many down to earth runners.
