How I Started:
I started on and off when I was in middle school, I've been wanting to get back in to the gym and finally got to a few months ago.
Why I Love It:
When I was young I remember looking at some very old Muscular Development magazine ..I remember Lou Ferrigno on the Cover. I remembered "He's The Hulk" and said one day I'll be just as big as him. I know it..plus I love the feel the pump. I love the feeling of the burn..
How I Stay Motivated:
watching Lee Priest,Lou Ferrigno,Victor Martinez, Charles Glass, and then infamous Arnold workout methods

I have recently purchased Arnold's Encyclepidia of Modern Bodybuilding. I've been performing more incline excercises and more flys, and to finish off the chest.
I'll do 3 Tri-sets and one Negative set of 9.

hi... how are you doing? i just wanted to ask you for some advice.well i have some pain on my left front delt...and it gets worse when i'm working my shoulders...to the point that my left arm just wants to give out and i'm forced to go lighter....but i really can't aford to..because of my goal...any info will be apreciated thank you. bigal
A couple of weeks honestly as my midsection was always pretty decent. My problem was that I lost too much too fast Right now Im getting ready for a show in october where Im going to do a gradual 8 week slow fat reduction to keep my muscle. I was about 130 in that picture and want to go no lower than 140 dieting and hopefully carb back up to 145. I am going to monitor my starting and ending weekly so, towards the end of August the journey begins.
