Background
When I was young I remember looking at some very old Muscular Development magazine ..I remember Lou Ferrigno on the Cover. I remembered "He's The Hulk" and said one day I'll be just as big as him. I started on and off when I was in middle school, I've been wanting to get back in to the gym and finally got to a few months ago.
Love the Pump...feeling accomplished every rep every set. Every time I'm working out..it's my place of zen..
