Background

When I Started: Feb 2009
HOW I STARTED:

When I was young I remember looking at some very old Muscular Development magazine ..I remember Lou Ferrigno on the Cover. I remembered "He's The Hulk" and said one day I'll be just as big as him. I started on and off when I was in middle school, I've been wanting to get back in to the gym and finally got to a few months ago.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Love the Pump...feeling accomplished every rep every set. Every time I'm working out..it's my place of zen..

I have recently purchased Arnold's Encyclepidia of Modern Bodybuilding. I've been performing more incline excercises and more flys, and to finish off the chest.
I'll do 3 Tri-sets and one Negative set of 9.

Monday Chest
Incline Machine 5 sets 12,10,10,8,6
Incline Bench Half-way up 4X10
Incline DD press 50 degree angle 4X10
DB Press 4X10
Decline Machine 3X12+ 2 burnouts

Cable cross 3X10(top\center)+(Down\center)+(Machine fly)

Tuesday Legs
Leg Exten. 2X12
Leg Press 6X12+Lunges w/squat after a step (20steps)
Leg Extention 5X12+2burnouta
Leg Curl 5X10
Single Leg curl 3X10
Calves
Seated machine toe press 10X10

Tweeking the body

Day after the contest...tender from flexing every muscle in the body for pre judge.. clump.lessons learned from this competition.. 1. Practice the mandatories+++ 2. Do not over carb- don't let temptation cloud your mind 3. Make sure you're dry enough..be dry by Friday afternoon..spit is a clump..stick together.. 4. Pics must be taken in the same spot every 4 days to ensure proper growth and training is effective. 5. Cardio during the off-season will be done moderately---20 mins after the training at a monderate..300-350 calorie burn sessions.. Pre-Contest will be 700-800 morning and 300-400 af...

Tomarrow I'm suppose to compete yet...I don't feel like I should because I'm not at my best...I feel it and I know it...I spoke to two highly knowledgable people about it..a IFBB Pro and his Nutritionalist..they both agreed that I need More work as I felt that was what they where gonna say..knowing this there is a by-pass sorta say...I'm slowly learning how my body reacts to carb loading and getting rid of the water.. as a first had experience..it sucks I'm starving and thirsty and I drank damn near all my water for the day....I need to get rid of more water still...need to sweat more of this...

After watching Dorian's blood and guts plus the vids he's got on BB.com I changed up my program...Power through and slow controlled negatives on each rep. I've had to lower the weight on alot of my exercises due to the emence weight that i have to deal with differently...i was doing 275 on bench for reps,, now i need a spotter for alot of my exercises to make sure I have exhausted the muscles completely...so far so good
