I started on and off when I was in middle school, I've been wanting to get back in to the gym and finally got to a few months ago.

going from benching 150 to 215 in 3 months. Leg pressing 350 to 610 in 5 months

Taking a Army Combatives course of 2 weeks, haven't done anything because this class on MMA type fighting on a higher scale, meaning I sore bruised and I really don't wanna work out cause my arms have been tweaked. On the 9th I start up again if..... I'm not in pain.....
My workouts are going very well! I have taken a bunch of tips from Maria's training and I am improving every week. I hope to be ready in time for the show on April 26th!

yea there are people here that do but we have been attached as a platoon to other units the whole time we have been here and we are living out of Combat outpost so we just dont have the time,
Thanks Babe! That Halo you gave me realy knocked out just about all of the pain I had in my legs and glutes. Halo is properly named, it's like an angel that came down to rid me of this pain! lol
