Like most of you I was ready to change my health, my look, and build confidence. My girlfriend was going on a trip for 6 months and that left me with a lot of time to change my appearance for when she returned. I wanted to surprise her. That was part of my motivation, now it's more for myself, my health, and I'd say I've found a new hobby.
Why I Love It:
I hated it at first, especially the cardio. But after the first month and 1/2 of forcing myself to do the routines, I now find myself feeling empty if I don't do my cardio everyday or lift on my lifting days. It's like become second nature. I count down the days/hours until it's time for me to workout. Yes, I'm addicted! But I think my favorite part is when I get to drink my pre and post workout protein shakes. They taste so damn good.
How I Stay Motivated:
This is a hard one, motivation isn't my greatest strength. That's why I'm here to add another tool to help keep my motivated! But I just remind myself everyday what my overall reward is and keep looking at other people's pics to help motivate me into being shape like them. I read somewhere that winner's do and loser's make excuses. So I kept telling myself I'm not a loser, I'm a winner and eventually it's all "habit" now.
BB Accomplishments:

Personal - A lot!
Lost 6 Inches so far from my waist.

Yay! lol. Really getting there. Takin before my morning cardio when I just woke up. Im really happy with the progress. My love handles are disappearing and I can sort of see my top abs come through! Woot Woot. Yes I'm excited. It's hard work, but you gotta brag about it right? hehe
I'm back! Wow have I really let myself go. I started to bulk and take a break. Apparently I over did it and lost a lot of muscle. I wasn't "built" I was skinny. Way too much cardio. With my time contraints I just got lazy. So I'm back again to complete a new set. This time I'm going to do it the right way.
My Goal is a 90 Day Transformation. I'll take some new pics to update all my info. Wish me luck again!

Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Working @ home, I don't have to wait for no-one. I can get right to it. It's in my face when I'm here so I can't make an excuse! lol.

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
I have all home equipment and the only piece for cardio is a recumberant bike. I like it because it's easy on my legs, joints, etc. I had a sprain ankle and was able to still do my cardio on it with NO pain at all, during or after! That made me really pleased as I feel like I forgot something if I don't get my cardio in for the day.I have all home equipment and the only piece for cardio is a recumberant bike. Here's a list of Tools and Products I've found useful in my plan. They aren't required as I still got results without them, but the results were slower than what I wanted.

So, what do u eat at nights?
People said diet alone can help u lose fat. Do u think if u didnt do cardio, would u achieve fat loss? Again, very nice progress, bro. Keep it up.
"I eat only protein to replenish my muscles, no carbs ( I don't need any for energy, b/c I usually goto bed within an hour from my workout ) What I've been told and read if you eat within 3 hrs of going to bed your 300% more likely to be overweight." So, u mean NO CARBS within 3 hours before sleep, else, u would gain fat? And so, protein is fine before sleep, just no carbs... Do I get u right?
wow, u do cardio twice a day. So, no carbs at night? What if I finish workout at 8.30pm, and have carbs at 9.30pm, do u think this would have negative effect on cutting?
There you go man.. awesome transformation so far. Reminds me of mine a lot. Time to start lifting intense to bring the definition & size out bro. Slow the cardio and put your intensity into resistance training. let your muscles burn the rest of the fat and keep your fat/simple carb intake low until you get nice and cut. I did my transformation with hardly any cardio in 9 months from close to where you started.
