I really don't know how to cook!
Breakfast: 1 cup oatmeal with blueberries and cinnamon spices; 3-4 boiled eggs (whole)
Lunch: Boiled chicken breast split with steamed brocolli (opt: breen beans and corn)
Snack: Peanut butter sandwich and a apple
Dinner: Pizza. Lol.

I don't think you should take supplements when you are starting out. I have been lift for awhile, but I wasn't effective nor efficient!
I really don't do supplements now. I work in the medical field and most supplements wear down your liver and kidney. After the next 6-8 weeks I might reconsider a good protein powder. Any suggestions?
