I really don't know how to cook!

DIET:

Breakfast: 1 cup oatmeal with blueberries and cinnamon spices; 3-4 boiled eggs (whole)

Snack: Apple

Lunch: Boiled chicken breast split with steamed brocolli (opt: breen beans and corn)

Snack: Peanut butter sandwich and a apple

Dinner: Pizza. Lol.

I don't think you should take supplements when you are starting out. I have been lift for awhile, but I wasn't effective nor efficient!

I really don't do supplements now.  I work in the medical field and most supplements wear down your liver and kidney. After the next 6-8 weeks I might reconsider a good protein powder. Any suggestions?

tuscadero Hey. Hope you're having a good weekend. Meant to respond to your question and forgot...lol. As for diet, currently I'm at around 2200 calories. It's pretty basic...about 20% fat, 35% carb 45% protein...something in that ballpark. Eating every 2.5 hrs. Fairly clean right now, since I'm in prep mode for contests in August... brown rice, sweet potatoes, ezekial bread, flank steak, bison, chicken, fish, eggs. One cheat meal a week. Cardio 6x week. Lifting 4-5x a week. Jun 3, 2012 1:03pm
