I HAVE ALWAYS LIKE WORKING OUT SINCE HIGH SCHOOL BUT LIKE MANY OF US AS WE GET OLDER WE STOP WE FORGET ABOUT OUR HEALTH.AFTER I SAW ALOT OF PEOPLE WITHIN A FEW YEARS OLDER THAN ME HAVEING HEALTH PROMBLEMS I STARTED CHANGE MY WAY OF LIVING AND STARTED MY QUEST FOR GETTING INTO SHAPE.
Why I Love It:
I LOVE WORKING OUT BECAUSE IT MAKES ME FEEL BETTER AFTER A STRESSFULL DAY AT WORK. IT HELPS ME CLEAR MY MIND.AND I LIKE THE RESULTS THAT I AM HAVING.
How I Stay Motivated:
I STAY MOTIVATED BY READING MUSCELAND FITNESS MAGAZINES.THIS MAY SOUND LAME TO SOME.BUT THE ROCKY MOVIES WITH THE WORK OUT SEENS HAVE BEEN MOTIVATEDING.

my goal is to gain 10 pounds of muscel by the end of summer.
Goal (Long):
I WANT A SIX PACK AND WOULD LIKE TO BE 220 POUNDS WITH 12% BODY FAT AND BENCH PRESS 350 POUNDS I BELIVE THAT I CAN DO THIS IN THE NEXT 18 MONTHS.I AM CURRENTLY TAKEING A FITNESS COURSE TO BECOME A TRAINER.I HOPE TO OWN MY GYM.
I HAVE CHANGE MY WORKOUT PLAN. I STILL WORK OUT FOUR DAYS A WEEK. I CHANGED IT UP A LITTLE I BELIVE THAT IF YOU CHANGE YOU PLAN YOU'RE MUSCELS WON'T GET TO USE TO IT.I DO CHEST AND TRICEPS, LEGS, CALVES, ABS, SHOULDERS AND TRAPS, AND BACK AND BICEPS.THIS ROUTINE SPLITS THE EXERCISES INTO PUSH...
And, man, Rocky movies better not seem lame to anyone! Read your motivation advice. I remember seeing the first Rocky movie in the theater with my family. Awesome!
