I HAVE ALWAYS LIKE WORKING OUT SINCE HIGH SCHOOL BUT LIKE MANY OF US AS WE GET OLDER WE STOP WE FORGET ABOUT OUR HEALTH.AFTER I SAW ALOT OF PEOPLE WITHIN A FEW YEARS OLDER THAN ME HAVEING HEALTH PROMBLEMS I STARTED CHANGE MY WAY OF LIVING AND STARTED MY QUEST FOR GETTING INTO SHAPE.
Why I Love It:
I LOVE WORKING OUT BECAUSE IT MAKES ME FEEL BETTER AFTER A STRESSFULL DAY AT WORK. IT HELPS ME CLEAR MY MIND.AND I LIKE THE RESULTS THAT I AM HAVING.
How I Stay Motivated:
I STAY MOTIVATED BY READING MUSCELAND FITNESS MAGAZINES.THIS MAY SOUND LAME TO SOME.BUT THE ROCKY MOVIES WITH THE WORK OUT SEENS HAVE BEEN MOTIVATEDING.

I WANT TO GAIN AND INCH OF OVERALL MUSCEL THIS NEW YEAR.
Goal (Long):
MY GOAL IS TO GAIN AN INCH OF OVERALL MUSCEL THIS NEW YEAR WITH 10 % BODYFAT.I WILL BE CONTINUALY MY TRAINING AS A PERSONAL TRAINER AND STRENGTH COACH.

Hey Vince! How's your week going? I've had my 1st major slip up in the diet dept since I began this whole thing. Big oops! Oh well..I guess that happens. I refuse to beat myself up tho. Back to what I do best tmrw!
