Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): I want to get, effing, recomped and win Dr. P's contest.
Goal (Long): I've been fat since the 3rd grade, and as of a little over a year ago, the doctor pushed me over the edge and showed me just how unhealthy I was. 241 pounds was the limit for me. My routines and commitment weren't 'hardcore' compared to the typical BB standards. I ate well, and went for walks. Now, I'm eating much better, and improving upon 2 miles at a time, which my best time currently is 16:52 starting from barley being able to do a 10 minute mile. I've already made many of my goals. My asthma is gone. My flat feet don't hurt. My pants fall off without a belt. I feel good. People tell me I look good. It's just an amazing feeling to have someone genuinley say that you've changed and look great. Enough with the life story. My ultimate goal is abs. No one in my extended family (with one exception, but he's way genetically different) has abs. I'd like my chest to puff out through my shirt, not my man boobs. I'd like defined shoulders, presentalbe arms, a wide back, and a square jaw. That as all, and thanks for reading.
