How I Started:
I played football all through out highschool and when I chose a college with no football team i needed something competitive. I also needed a complete lifstyle change.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel accomplished and there is always room for improvment. It also helps me keep a good routine.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at old pictures of myself, watch motivational movies, read magazines, and try to work harder than my competeition.
BB Accomplishments:
I have lost over 124 pounds, and been in 2 all natural bodybuilding competitions.

After competing in my first two natural bodybuilding competitions I have realized that I must place first in order to fullfill my goal of the ultimate body transformation. I Will compete again in the 2009 Northeast and am looking to be the best I can be.
