I CHANGE IT UP EVERY TIME I HIT THE GYM! BUT I AWAYS DO FLAT BENCH THEN FLY CABLES OR JUST WHAT EVER COMES TO MIND. BUT BENCH STAYS

The biggest I ever got my arms was around 19" hot and pumped and it was from heavy curls and food. I would do warm up sets, then 3-4 heavy sets wide grip, then a couple of burn and pump sets. Now I am doing same but doing CELLMASS afterwards, then shake 30 mins later to see what happens.

heavy back exercises, barbell curls, and supersets worked for me... i think the back exercises is the most important
