I always wanted iron abs..!
I started ab training several times in my life but I always giving up as I have never seen the good results. Now I am ready to succeed my goal! I m never going to give up again!

Good work fella. Presumably you're doing sports specific training for football, right? You're a good weight to be at - but you don't look very built just yet. It's curious how different body shapes look at the same weight.
