What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Thanks you for the rating my friend. How are you feeling now that you have accomplished one of you goals? I will always be very proud of you. Keep up the great work.
I cant wait to see the pro shot. These shot were impressive enough. Im very proud of you again. Your dad missed out. You rocked ther Cyprists and that awesome. Kudos my brother.
YEAHHH PAOLO, That is absolutely awesome, amazing and fantastic. I am so proud of you. You should be estatic and so proud of yourself. 1 year and you too 3rd place against the Cyprists. Brother, I am rolling in happiness for you. You have made my day. Thanks you and congratulations my little brother. I will sleep well tonight or maybe not..lol. Thats great. Ok I will stop now. But awesome job. Rock on.
dont over due the carbs (breads, pastas, crackers, chips,) eat more fruits and veggies to fill you up, high fiber foods. Get lean meats like chicken breast, tuna, lean beefs. I like going low carb to get cut...it works flat out.
No explode, Whey protien, multi vit, Fish oil, Creatine. I like to stick to the basics. Most suppluments are overhyped. Nothing makes up for a balanced diet, hard work, and plenty of sleep. Best of luck.
I saw that, he rated on the photo clarity not you. He hould have just looked at you. If you can just take a clearer picture and replace it a an update to the picture. I can see it. Maybe his vision is going, he is 45...lol. But he looks good too. Dont mind him. You rock brother.
