How I Started:
It seemed like people always knew me as strong and with muscles even as a kid. I was always doing pushups and pullups and looked up to people with big muscles. I had a bench at home and would mess around with my friends with weights but didnt start trying to gain mass seriously until i was in grade 12.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of getting results from all the hours i put in at the gym and i love the pump! And you most definitely get out of it what you put into it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Sometimes its really hard because i never feel like I'm progressing fast enough especially when i see all the pros and admire them so much but i just try to remember how long they have been lifting for and that i still have many years of bodybuilding ahead for me.
BB Accomplishments:
I'd say just sticking with it and managing to go from 145-200lbs in less than two years of serious training.

Why I like this video: I wouldn't say i like it. If you listen to what their saying it actually sounds pretty stupid is anyone really happy with how they look bodybuilder or not.

Good luck with it. You've got a lot of muscle on that frame... your frame looks really similar to mine. I ended up competing at around 180. I actually over shot just a bit though, because I was too big for the middle weights so I ended up competing in the light heavys.

i thought i had some size for my height by you tore me to shreds. your back destroys mine!! its gaining alot of mass but lacks the cut like yours. whats exercise have you done for your back that you feel has been the most effective
