When I Started: Mar, 2005
How I Started: It seemed like people always knew me as strong and with muscles even as a kid. I was always doing pushups and pullups and looked up to people with big muscles. I had a bench at home and would mess around with my friends with weights but didnt start trying to gain mass seriously until i was in grade 12.
Why I Love It: I love the feeling of getting results from all the hours i put in at the gym and i love the pump! And you most definitely get out of it what you put into it.
How I Stay Motivated: Sometimes its really hard because i never feel like I'm progressing fast enough especially when i see all the pros and admire them so much but i just try to remember how long they have been lifting for and that i still have many years of bodybuilding ahead for me.
BB Accomplishments: I'd say just sticking with it and managing to go from 145-200lbs in less than two years of serious training.

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Whatever doesn't really matter usually something that covers me up!!! I find tank tops distracting cuz im so huuuge lol!!
