How I Started:
I was tired of looking down and seeing fat. I was determined to bulk up and push myself.
Why I Love It:
Modeling, your body needs to be in top shape
The adrenaline rush
The results
The pain
The reaction of people when they see someone with a nice body
How I Stay Motivated:
Set my goals extremely high so i have something to shoot for. Friends as well as the members of bodyspace Are great motivators, whether its them giving you tips or seeing the results that they have accomplished.

Gained 30 pounds of muscle in 11 months
Increased bench press 80 pounds in 2 years

After about three months of hard work.
Abs went from a no pack to semi-ripped
176 pounds, need to lose some body fat.
Right after working out, I think i can see improvement after finally getting back onto the ablounge

Other than the obvious benefits (appearance, health, etc.), how has bodybuilding and fitness improved your overall life?
I feel more energetic, as well as less self-conscious of myself. I feel more outgoing because I don't have a pathetic body like I once did.
Since you've been working out, taking supplements and eating right, how often do you get sick (cold, flu, etc.)?
Where do you mainly workout?
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
I have the equipment to do what I need to.
Pros: I don't have to leave home. I can workout late at night.
Cons: I don't have all the equipment that I would like to use to workout.

yo broo, suck you have a bad back... def lay off the squats and deadlifts for some time, and even leg press. id say stick with extensions and if u can, one legged jumps
