Today I begin anew.

Today, on the eighth of August, I am beginning anew. I am making a vow, so that I will never let myself degrade to the point that I have thus far. To the point where I've lost over a hundred pounds on my squat, struggle to bench half of what I used to, and cannot press more than two digits worth of weight over my head.


Today, I begin anew. I will hit the gym quick and hard for a minimum of three times a week. I will spend three days a week running and sprinting, until I get my college caliber speed back. I will eat at least 4000 calories a day until I gain my muscular weight ba

bradyfritel What's up man...I just read your review on Intravol...I have had that same issue lately...My bench is way down and I have a hard time catching my breath as well...I guess I didn't think this could be doing it, but you never know...Have things gotten better since you stopped taking it?
